How it’s Made
Personalization is done using a laser engraving machine. The desired text or design is programed into the machine, which then precisely engraves it onto the leatherette surface. This step adds a unique, personal touch to each travel jewelry box.

Shipping: We offer USPS Priority (3-5 Days) and USPS Ground Advantage shipping options (4-6 Days). Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve it.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as we begin processing your custom items.
