The design is then transferred to a laser engraving machine. The machine is calibrated to ensure precision and accuracy, taking into account the specific type of leatherette material being used. The leatherette tray is placed in the laser engraving machine. The machine uses a focused laser beam to etch the design onto the surface of the tray.
