How it’s Made
Customization: For personalization, the mouse pad is placed in a laser engraving machine. The design, which could be a name, logo, or special message, is programmed into the machine. The laser engraver etches the design onto the leatherette surface with precision, creating a permanent and detailed customization.

Shipping: We offer USPS Priority (3-5 Days) and USPS Ground Advantage shipping options (4-6 Days). Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve it.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as we begin processing your custom items.
